Having recently completed my first marathon, I've transformed my fitness, mindset, and self-image over the years. With firsthand experience and practical knowledge, I'm uniquely equipped to guide young men to greater levels of fitness, discipline, and resilience.
I completely understand the importance of finding a coach you can trust. My journey began from a place very similar to where many young men find themselves today—struggling with feelings of being lost, frustrated, and out of shape. Through building healthy habits and developing my mindset, I have transformed my life. After just completing my first marathon, I am now passionate about sharing what I've learned to help others build confidence and overcome self-doubt through fitness and intentional habits.
Additionally, I’ve invested significantly in my own personal and professional development. I have devoted tremendous time and effort to understanding effective health and fitness strategies and techniques. My commitment is to provide not just a workout plan, but a comprehensive approach to your mindset and habits that lead to sustained results. While I am in the early stages of my coaching career, the dedication and passion I bring are rooted in my personal transformation and the same proven strategies I will teach you.
What is the FPF mini-program about?
The mini-program provides a structured curriculum, engaging worksheets, and valuable resources to help you take control of your nutrition, fitness, and overall physique. You'll learn actionable strategies for shredding fat and building a lean physique while still being able to enjoy your favorite foods! I even provide a full 8-week training plan designed to build the coveted V-shape physique.
You'll learn practical tips and techniques for better nutrition, effective fitness routines to help you shred fat, and ways to build and maintain lean muscle. Plus, you'll discover how to make eating enjoyable and sustainable long-term, while also supporting your fitness goals.
The mini-program is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. You can expect to spend about 20-30 minutes per day on coursework and exercises, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine. After learning the strategies, implementing them will take commitment to make them a natural part of your life. As well, the 8-week training program I provide will take anywhere from 1-2 hours per day to build an inspiring physique and fitness level. Additionally, the strategies provided help you to integrate fitness into your life.
