My Journey

Having personally overcome the challenges of feeling lost, depressed, and overweight, I know firsthand the transformative power of habits.

My journey here started when I got fed up feeling and looking the way I did. I lost 60 pounds and have kept the weight off for 10 years now.

Since then I have studied and fallen in love with:

  • Fitness

  • Mindset, and

  • Personal Development

Throughout my journey I have built a foundation of discipline, resilience, and self-control.


My fitness journey started with losing weight and lifting weights, but evolved into so much more. Those led me to the world of self-improvement and personal development.

My Dedication to Personal Development

For years, my fitness focus was purely on lifting weights and eating for energy.

Never having enjoyed or really tried running in the past, I decided to join a run club after moving to a new city with hopes to meet people.

This was a pivotal moment in my life.

I quickly fell in love with running and within two months, decided to sign up for my first marathon.

I knew a high level of effort, discipline, and mental toughness would be required, and I wanted to become someone capable of reaching those levels.

So I signed up and threw myself in the fire.

Training for my first marathon has not only transformed my fitness, but more importantly it has transformed my mindset and self-image.

This experience, along with years of studying health, nutrition, and mindset shows my dedication to personal development and the belief that with intention and perseverance, big goals are achievable.

My Mission & Purpose

With firsthand experience and practical knowledge, I am now passionate about guiding young men to build confidence, direction, and an empowered mindset.

My mission is to help others reach higher levels of fitness, confidence, and intentional habits, providing them with the tools they need to lead fulfilling lives.

My Values
